It all begins with an introduction. Our project sheet can help us get to know you and your company faster, but it's when we chat on the phone or in person that we really start to understand what you need and how we can help you. We keep on chatting until we are singing the same tune.
Then we help you to filter your ideas, goals and objectives; translating them into
something that will work on the web, to your time and budget. This turns into a
project agreement. Once we're all set with this, we can get to work.
We design, prototype, build.
It starts with rough work, paper prototypes, bits of code, content and imagery. We take the goals from our agreement, and try solutions, throw out ideas that aren't quite working as fast as possible and then develop the strong solutions. Gradually the project falls into focus.
We encourage you to stay involved and offer feedback as the project evolves. If it is possible and where appropriate we like to get the end users testing and offering feedback as well. We use this to refine the project.
And then help you serve to your customers. We work with and recommend services to host your site. We have marketing expertise in our team to help you promote the project. And sometimes we stay with you and help you to keep your site fresh and relevant as your business continues to develop.
